I’m looking to open up a fine-dining steakhouse-type restaurant in downtown New York. Need ironic name.?

I’m catering to the upper-class high-powered business moguls of Manhattan. Name must be clever, ironic, preferably (though not exclusively) without New York-specific references. I’m considering expansion and branding opportunities and I would not want to alienate non-New Yorkers.
