Romantic New York restaurant to dine for my anniversary?

My anniversary 12th yr anniversary with my husband is coming up, and i wanna treat him to a nice dinner downtown. i want to do the whole romantic thing. a nice restaurant with a nice scenery something that is not your everyday spot.Good vibe, and dim. Any ideas?

Gordon Ramsey’s restaurant is amazing. There’s a lot of Italian restaurants there.
