Personally, I'm satisified with the food and service in Tsar's Palace, one of the two main dining rooms, and it isn't because the alternative restaurants are at extra charge. I've been to Cagney's and one of the 2 Asian restaurants. The main dining room is just as good,in my opinion. A jacket is not requires, but jeans and shorts are not permitted in any dining venue, except for the Garden Café, in the evening. We'd met a bunch of people that we hung around with and had dinner with in both the regular and extra dining rooms. I loved the "freestyle" dining. Jacket wasn't required, but I certainly wouldn't try going in shorts and t-shirt. I'd make a reservation at least by the day of when you want to dine. The sooner the better. Have a great trip!
