does anyone know any roof top resturants in new york city?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help, my boyfriends birthday is in about 2 weeks and I would love to take him to the city to dine on a roof top and enjoy the skyline or romantic view, something not to expensive, I know it wont be cheap but just not to over the edge, and a place were the food is good, if anyone can help I would appreciate it, thank you for you help.

Terrace in the Sky on 119th and Amsterdam has a spectacular view (they’re on a high floor) of the City. There is a prix fixe 3-course lunch – appetizer, entree and dessert – for $35. There is a 3-course dinner for $45.
